Cultivating the Inner Garden is a four-part experiential workshop series rooted in the Healing Dao. Each workshop can be attended individually, while together they form a progressive journey focused on restoring vitality, regulating the nervous system, and cultivating embodied awareness. This series approaches the body as a living ecosystem. Rather than forcing change or chasing peak states, participants learn how to create the internal conditions for healing, circulation, and resilience to arise naturally. Workshop Schedule Workshop 1 — February 22 Foundations of Daoist Healing This workshop focuses on: Daoist Healing Sounds Qigong for grounding and circulation Inner Smile meditation These practices support organ health, emotional balance, and nervous-system regulation. Workshop 2 — March 1 Heart–Kidney Connection & the Dao of Love This session explores: The Heart–Kidney relationship in Daoist physiology Emotional balance, vitality, and embodied connection Foundational practices from the Dao of Love tradition Workshop 3 — Date TBD Dao Yin & Fusion Practices This workshop will focus on: Dao Yin (Daoist stretching and movement) Fusion practices for emotional integration and stability Workshop 4 — Date TBD Kan & Li Practices This final workshop will introduce: Kan & Li principles Advanced internal cultivation practices for harmonizing water and fire energies What You’ll Experience Through guided breathwork, qigong, self-massage, and energetic cultivation practices, participants explore how attention, movement, and internal awareness influence vitality, emotional balance, and whole-body health. Emphasis is placed on safety, consent, and integration, allowing each person to work within their own capacity and boundaries.
